    Quizrr is revolutionizing the worker technology landscape by developing innovative learning experiences that empower workforces with critical knowledge on basic human rights across the globe. We are embarking on a scaling phase, aiming to seize category leadership of the social governance landscape as it quickly shapes up with pressure from legislation, consumers and investors alike.

    The Role
    As a Global Business Development Manager you will play a key role in developing and sustaining Quizrr's role as a leader in the digital transformation of social sustainability. You will work with leading global brands who have the power to impact social sustainability throughout their entire eco-system. Our stakeholders strive to improve working conditions in global value chains, raise awareness on human rights, improve governance and mitigate exploitation and establish new industry norms.

    Your key focus in this role will be to develop new strategic relationships with global enterprises who are serious about taking a true human centered approach to human rights due diligence and de-risking their value chain from the bottom up. You will also be responsible for strengthening and expanding relationships with specific key clients in Quizrr's network. By interaction and support from cross functional teams you will initiate and support and grow client's global programs from start to end.

    What will you do?

    • Develop new business opportunities through outbound proactive hunting via networks, events, digital tools, reach outs and inbound referrals
    • Drive sales process from reach-out to signing with premium to enterprise segment companies
    • Worldwide with primary focus on Europe based clients
    • Maintain and expand your prospects within your assigned market segment
    • Aid in implementing and harvesting Quizrr marketing approach strategies
    • Grasping clients' needs and requirements in the corporate sustainability landscape
    • Research clients, categorize and identify key stake holders and generate interest
    • Perform effective online and in person demos to prospective clients
    • Build relationships with leaders and nurture brand awareness, while gathering knowledge of industry trends

    Skills & characteristics needed to thrive in this role

    • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, communication or similar level
    • Proven experience from consultative (enterprise) sales and B2B business development (min. 4 years)
    • Superior interpersonal communication and listening skills [English]
    • Excellent verbal and business writing skills [English]
    • Strong presentation, storytelling skills for web and IRL demo's
    • Experience from consultative, enterprise B2B sales
    • Strong online presence and natural drive in seeding personal relationships
    • Experience working with MS Dynamics or similar CRM tools
    • Strategic expertise on human rights, workers' rights, supply chains and market context or a strong aptitude to learn
    • Successful experience, drive and fortitude to embrace self-leadership needed for working with remote teams

    The Global Business Development Manager in Europe will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives during the coming years.

    Quizrr is continuing our expansion journey and need to broaden our commercial skills to solidify our category leadership at making social metrics data-driven.

    Despite our rather small sized company, Quizrr is well positioned in the forefront of beyond audit-segment globally, equipped with strong impact investors and several strategic partnerships cross-sectors driving awareness globally. We aim to address mature players in defined market spaces where understanding of societal accountability is accelerating fast, becoming a basic requirement to compete.     Quizrr's digital training platform enables companies de-risking global value chains by educating workforces from the bottom up on business-critical topics to drive behavioral change. Track progress, get actionable insights and address pain points proactively in real time with their business partners.

    To date over 1,400 sites are using our digital training platform and 2,8 millions session has been played by people across the globe spanning from US and Europe to Middle East to Latin America and South East Asia.
