- Arbeta enligt Vattenfalls ledningssystem för säkerhetsfrågor, vilket innebär att följa och redovisa säkerhetsstrategin, säkerhetsprogram, mål och prioriteringar
- Implementera policys, standarder och effektiva processer inom ansvarsområdet
- Arbeta med säkerhetsfrågor kopplat till våra kontrollrum, IT system och för vår personal i enlighet med Vattenfalls riktlinjer.
- Säkerställa säkerhetsmedvetenhet i organisationen samt genomföra interna utbildningar
- Vara en del av affärsområdets säkerhetsorganisation
- Samarbeta tätt med övriga delar av Vattenfalls nationella och internationella säkerhetsorganisation.
- Utbildning inom säkerhetsfrågor och/eller säkerhetsskyddsfrågor
- Tidigare erfarenhet av strukturerat säkerhetsarbete inom större företag, myndigheter och organisationer
- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift
- God kunskap om säkerhet kopplat till komplexa IT-system.
- Erfarenhet av känsliga ärenden och hur man hanterar dessa med stor integritet och respekt.
- Hög grad av personlig mognad och trovärdighet, byggd på både yrkes- och livserfarenhet .
- Har lätt för att samarbeta med personer i hela vår organisation, då rollen innebär många olika kontaktytor, men också med externa intressenter
- Förmågan att arbeta i stora och komplexa organisationer vilket ställer krav på förmågan att tänka strategiskt och samtidigt uppnå ständiga förbättringar i verksamheten.

Business Area Markets roll I Vattenfall handlar om att maximera värdet av portföljen av produktions-anläggningar och förbrukningen från våra kunder genom att planera, erbjuda olika former av kapacitet och styra anläggningarna optimalt samt proaktivt säkra priser och liknande. Vi är Vattenfalls kontaktyta mot energimarknaderna och handlar med elektricitet, utsläppsrätter, bränsle, frakter och ursprungsrätter.
Vi är ca 500 personer som jobbar med den Europeiska marknaden och har kontor i Sverige, Tyskland, Nederländerna och Storbritannien
Om rollen
I din roll som Säkerhetsskyddsspecialist kommer du att arbeta med Säkerhetsskyddsfrågor i ett Security & Resilience-team inom affärsenheten Markets Sverige och även i samarbete med den internationella säkerhetsorganisationen för Customer & Solutions samt koncernfunktionen Corporate Security & Resilience, men de viktigaste aktiviteterna görs för affärsenheten Markets i Sverige.
I ditt arbete som Säkerhetsskyddsspecialist kommer du att arbeta med säkerhetsfrågor vid våra anläggningar samt för vår personal. Vi skall skydda vår verksamhet och våra företagstillgångar från säkerhetsrisker och säkerhetsutmaningar idag och imorgon, och på så sätt skyddas också kunder, medarbetare, varumärke, information och fysiska tillgångar.
Arbetsuppgifter
Inom säkerhetsskyddsarbetet ingår att säkerställa lagefterlevnad både internt och i avtal som vi har med externa parter. I verksamhetsskyddet igår bland annat lagefterlevnad, fysisk säkerhet, säkerheten för vår personal samt incidenthantering inklusive utredning.
