The position
As a Chief Architect you will be a visionary leader who will drive and develop Cambio's architecture to secure a future position as Nordic leader within e-health. You will be a part of influencing the e-health business and making Cambio a pioneer, taking the next step into modern technologies and transforming the customer relationships.

As a member of the Technology leadership team, you will take an active role and drive the architectural agenda regarding our core technologies; infrastructure, hosting cloud, and security.

As a Chief Architect, you will be the closest manager to a team of approximately 10 senior Architects and you will be a part of the CTO's management team.

Some of the areas of responsibility

• Develop and maintain the company's overall architectural roadmap and strategy.
• Lead the design and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Represent Cambio in external events, such as customer events, conferences and in M&A activities.
• Drive AI initiatives within the technology organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Working with the complete employee lifecycle, including hiring, and performance reviews. 1:1 etc. You will be responsible for setting targets, and goals and ensuring deliveries from the function. You will hire, onboard and support the team by removing impediments, creating structure and coaching both teams and individuals.
• Mentor and coach team members and establish an enterprise architecture organization that spans all technical areas within Cambio

We are looking for someone who has a strategic perspective and can build a well-functioning architecture function that supports Cambio's overall strategy. You have an interest in staying up-to-date and developing your leadership skills, encourage new ways of thinking and working, and have strong creative and analytical thinking. You show direction by setting goals, and expectations and communicate priorities super clear.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in software development
• 10 years of experience in a leadership or management role (CTO Chief architect or similar), with a focus on architecture and technical strategy.
• Growth journey and/or building organizations, establishing EA organization and transformation of architecture.
• Strong expertise in system design, architecture patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar

It's a bonus if you

• Have previous experience within eHealth.
• Experience from re-platforming projects/initiatives

Place of employment : Linköping or Stockholm

Scope : Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
