    This is a remote position.

    A leading European fertility organization is rolling out a comprehensive digital ecosystem—including CRM, EMR, mobile app, and data platform—to harmonize clinical operations across IVF clinics in Europe.

    We are looking for a senior EMR Trainer / Embryologist to support clinics in:

    • UK & Ireland (primary focus)

    • Nordics (Sweden & Finland)

    The role combines EMR training, clinical workflow optimization, and onsite support during adoption phases. You will play a key role in enabling medical and administrative staff to successfully transition to a new EMR system.

    This role requires 30–50% onsite presence for training, support, and go-live activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver structured training on EMR features, workflows, and best practices

    • Adapt training content for clinical, laboratory, administrative, and management users

    • Lead onsite workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching

    • Support clinics during go-live and post-implementation phases

    • Create and maintain training materials (manuals, guides, job aids, e-learning)

    • Identify workflow gaps and support adoption improvements

    • Track EMR usage and drive successful digital adoption

    • Communicate system updates and enhancements to end users



    Requirements


    We are flexible and open to candidates who match one of the following profiles:

    Profile A – EMR-Focused

    • Advanced EMR system knowledge

    • Strong experience delivering EMR training

    • Good understanding of IVF clinical and laboratory workflows

    Profile B – Clinical / Embryologist-Focused

    • Embryologist with strong IVF lab experience

    • Experience defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    • Experience training colleagues and acting as EMR super user

    Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in IVF / fertility clinics or EMR implementation in healthcare

    • Strong understanding of reproductive healthcare workflows

    • Experience delivering training to medical or administrative staff

    • Confidence working with digital systems and healthcare software

    • Fluency in English

    • Based in UK, Ireland, Sweden or Finland

    • Willingness to travel (30–50% onsite across regions)
