Deliver structured training on EMR features, workflows, and best practices
Adapt training content for clinical, laboratory, administrative, and management users
Lead onsite workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching
Support clinics during go-live and post-implementation phases
Create and maintain training materials (manuals, guides, job aids, e-learning)
Identify workflow gaps and support adoption improvements
Track EMR usage and drive successful digital adoption
Communicate system updates and enhancements to end users
Advanced EMR system knowledge
Strong experience delivering EMR training
Good understanding of IVF clinical and laboratory workflows
Embryologist with strong IVF lab experience
Experience defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Experience training colleagues and acting as EMR super user
4+ years of experience in IVF / fertility clinics or EMR implementation in healthcare
Strong understanding of reproductive healthcare workflows
Experience delivering training to medical or administrative staff
Confidence working with digital systems and healthcare software
Fluency in English
Based in UK, Ireland, Sweden or Finland
Willingness to travel (30–50% onsite across regions)
