- Kan kommunicera i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska
- Erfarenhet av MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint och Outlook

Om rollen
Som Shift Manager hos kommer du ha ansvar för att se till att de tjänsten som ska utföras av underhållsteamet under skiftet sker. Detta kommer bland annat att innefatta korrigerande och förebyggande underhåll. Rollen kommer även innebära kontroll av den dagliga teamverksamheten och att delta i de dagliga verksamhetsmötena med kunden. Viktigt för rollen är även att sköta uppföljning av dagliga KPI:er och prioritering av dessa kommer att utföras av Shift Manager. I rollen som Shift Manager kommer du även ha ansvar för säkerhetskontroller av utrustning samt säkerställa att sin egen och teamets tekniska kunskaper alltid är uppdaterade. Det kommer vara av stor vikt att följa företagets policys hela tiden. Som Shift Manager kommer du vara en del verksamheten. Rollen innefattar skiftarbete.

Vi tror att du är en driven, samarbetsvillig och kommunikativ person som har erfarenhet från tidigare ledarskapsroller. Vi ser gärna att du är självgående, resultatfokuserad samt kvalitetsmedveten. Som Shift Manager tror vi att du har ett gott omdöme och en ledarskapsförmåga där du får med dig alla i ditt team och tillsammans arbetar mot uppsatta KPI:er. Viktigt för rollen är även att du har en god kommunikation med ditt team.
