- Manage and own detailed design and process engineering from PO to FAT and SAT for manufacturing equipment & belonging operational processes
- Lead design reviews and FMEAs with suppliers and approve machine design concepts (drawings, documentation); identify and address opportunities to ensure continuous equipment improvement and to meet quality, technical specifications and CE standards
- Plan and execute hands-on technical work using statistical techniques (DoE, SPC) at supplier and NV sites to continuously improve our manufacturing equipment
- Own and lead commissioning activities on site and support handover to production engineering and manufacturing including writing procedures and providing training and coaching to other manufacturing associates
- Be hands on with automated production equipment, become the expert in process-product interactions and define the next wave of engineering workforce to secure our ambitious installation and start-up timeline
- BSc, MSc degree or PhD in process, mechanical, materials or chemical engineering
- 3+ years of direct hands-on engineering experience within equipment and process design in a manufacturing environment, ideally as a Process Engineer
- Experience developing or transitioning new processes from R&D to pilot production and from pilot production to large scale production
- Successful track record of leading process improvement projects in a production environment including troubleshooting, data analysis, flow optimization, root cause analysis, etc. with focus on down time and cost reduction
- Excellent English written and oral skills
