What You'll Do: As a valued member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through various channels such as chat, email, and phone. From answering product inquiries to addressing payment and delivery concerns, you'll ensure our customers receive top-notch service. Additionally, you'll collaborate with other departments like IT and Marketing to resolve issues and may assist with document translations as needed.

Your Profile:

• Fluent in Danish written and spoken (Swedish or any other Scandinavian language is a plus)
• Passion for customer service with a keen eye for detail
• Background or interest in the health industry
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a positive team player attitude
• Fast on the keys
