A mission-critical role requiring exceptional structure.
You will own the entire operational landscape of the company from supplier management to billing processes customer delivery compliance and cross-functional alignment. You will build lead and continuously optimize Telgeas global operations function ensure seamless rollout of new country launches maintain operational excellence across provisioning SIM logistics activation flows and customer onboarding manage relationships with mobile network operators negotiate evaluate and optimize connectivity agreements ensure Telgea meets all regulatory requirements design scale internal processes for billing support logistics compliance work with engineers to automate workflows reduce manual overhead define operational KPIs build dashboards monitor performance churn quality partner with founders shape strategy operational priorities support sales feasibility checks timelines operational constraints align product roadmap requirements operations perspective oversee cost structures margins telecom partnerships detect mitigate risks markets regulatory commercial operation manage forecasting budgeting within operations domain experience years operations leadership ideally telecom connectivity SaaS or global infrastructure experience working mobile network operators MVNO/MVNA environments strong plus background scaling international operations preferred highly structured process-driven comfortable complexity negotiation skills excellent communicator cross-functional collaborator ability order clarity fast-moving environments ownership mentality nothing someone elses problem thrives startup environment rapid expansion product-oriented mindset appreciation automation efficiency customer-centric quality-driven chance shape operational backbone rapidly scaling international telecom company high autonomy opportunity build team ground up work directly founders strategy execution market expansion role global impact becomes connectivity partner distributed companies worldwide.Jobbbeskrivning
