    Om Galenica
    Galenica AB grundades 1999 och verksamheten omfattar utveckling av nya läkemedel både i egen regi och för kunders räkning. Ett omfattande arbete bedrivs inom två affärsområden – CDMO och Derma. Inom CDMO sker utveckling, formulering och kvalitetskontroll av läkemedel och läkemedelsnära produkter till kliniska prövningar inom flera beredningsformer som t ex kapslar, tabletter, kräm, gel, lösningar och sprej. Det sker även småskalig kommersiell läkemedelsproduktion. I den andra verksamhetsgrenen, Derma finns bolagets patenterade läkemedel Ovixan, en receptförskriven kräm mot psoriasis och eksem. Ovixan är marknadsledande i Norden och säljs även på ett flertal utomnordiska marknader. 2018 lanserades Oviderm, en mjukgörande kräm som används för att behandla torr hud hos vuxna, ungdomar och barn. Sedan 2021 bedriver Galenica även licensförsäljning i Norden, av läkemedlet Ameluz som behandlar aktinisk keratos.

    Arbetsuppgifter
    Som Produktionstekniker på Galenica kommer du primärt arbeta med bulkproduktion av läkemedel i tablettform avsedda för kommersiellt bruk. Du kommer att arbeta på avdelningen Commercial Product Operations och rapportera till Head of Production. I den dagliga produktionen arbetar du tillsammans med en kollega. Regelbunden interaktion sker också med övriga i produktionslaget. Tillverkning sker i renrumszon klass D och arbetet dokumenteras löpande i tillhandahållna tillverkningsprotokoll. Intern utbildning inom GMP, laboratorieteknik, renrum samt specifika moment för anställning på Galenica sker under en introduktionsutbildning.

    Arbetsuppgifterna är repetitiva och innefattar bland annat; dispensering av råvaror, beredning av pulver, tablettering, dragering, bulkpackning samt rengöring av utrustning och produktionslokalen. Lyft av ca 10 kg förekommer ett par gånger per dag i samband med pulverhantering.

    Som person är du noggrann, ansvarstagande, snabblärd och har lätt för att samarbeta. Du har en hög integritet vilket visar sig i att du vågar säga till om avvikelser uppstår i produktionen.

    Dina kvalifikationer:

    • Krav – Gymnasieutbildning gärna med inriktning mot naturvetenskap, teknik eller produktion
    • Krav – Minst ett års arbetslivserfarenhet från produktion av läkemedel, medicintekniska produkter eller livsmedel
    • Krav – Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal såväl som i skrift
    • Mycket meriterande – Praktisk erfarenhet av tablettproduktion
    • Meriterande – Erfarenhet av att arbeta med GMP-dokumentation

    Ansökning:
    Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med start enligt överenskommelse men helst senast 1 juni 2024. Vi ser fram emot din ansökan senast den 12 maj 2024. Anställningen omfattar 40 timmars arbetsvecka och skiftarbete är förväntat. Skiften är förlagda kl 06:00-14:00 respektive 14:00-22:00. Bemanning sker enligt rullande schema med omväxlande morgon respektive kvällsskift.
