    Job Description

    The role of Operational Project Manager involves working according to our Power of One (PO1) business model and being responsible for all ongoing projects in the Nordic & Baltics region for one of our main clients. This role is primarily characterized by solid knowledge and experience in project management and project planning in everything from smaller and simpler tasks to larger and more complex tasks in all channels. You also have a solid understanding of Social Media and Content with a understanding of Paid, Owned, and Earned.

    Areas of responsibility

    General responsibility for:

  • Driving the process from approved brief to final delivery and having overall responsibility for the project and the team during the project.
  • Managing creative and media coordination of the local market and reporting to the central EU team.
  • Driving ongoing internal communication within the client teams both media and creative.
  • Having an integrated implementation of Media and Creative.
  • Checking internally with relevant departments/employees to always have the latest information for ongoing projects.
  • Acting as the key contact for inquiries at the project level (project-related and operational topics such as schedules and deliveries, daily questions and planning, and finance) for both media and creative.
  • Schedules - internal planning, schedules against partners and suppliers, and ensuring that these are followed.
  • You are responsible and own the status reporting of campaigns at weekly meetings with client.
  • Following laws and cooperation agreements, staying informed.
  • Writing contact reports for client and teams.
  • Support and coach junior team members.
  • Internally, the operational project manager is responsible for requesting the right skills for each project and for continuously streamlining and evaluating the work processes and the work between different roles, as well as implementing necessary changes as needed.

    Putting words into action, making sure everyone has a clear understanding on who is doing what in different pojects - giving clear directions.

    Creating PPTs and present to client

    • Making project budgets and discussing budget and project scope with partners.


    • Responsible for keeping projects within budget.


    • Approval of supplier invoices.


    • Follow-up of finances together with PO1-responsible and finance department.

    Qualifications

    This role requires at least 6-8 years of experience in operational project management, preferably as a Senior Production Manager at an Advertising agency or as an account manager at a Media agency, or within an in-house or content agency.

    We are looking for someone who has experience from:

    Engaging with multiple international stakeholders.

    Media plans and creative content.

    Contracts, including price lists and invoicing terms.

    Understanding of project economy.

    Working with social media.

    This role also requires fluency in both Swedish and English.
