What you will do:
You will embody a dual role combining leadership and hands-on expertise as an Engineering Manager and Senior Consultant. Your responsibilities as Engineering Manager will revolve around providing essential tools, support, and mentorship to empower your direct reports, fostering their personal growth and enabling them to overcome challenges independently. As a consultant, your active coding involvement in client projects showcases your technical expertise and commitment to exceptional solutions.
