    Job Title: Business Support and Admin

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in setting KPIs and following up on completion among European offices, gathering and analyzing business data, etc.

    2. According to specific demands and scenarios, prepare all categories of business reports as required, and participate in the research on cross-market business issues and demands in the European Region.

    3. Responsible for reviewing business agreements, project management and audit, key projects supervision, etc.

    4. Follow payment market trends and dynamics, assist in providing business data and information to members, partners or local regulators as required.

    5. Assist in UPI European Regional Member Council related affairs.

    6. Participate in business development projects depending on work requirements and personal abilities.

    7. Other duties assigned by the hierarchy.

    Desired Skills and Experiences:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in financial analysis, data, finance, and other relevant background.

    2. Relevant working experience is preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates with strong learning abilities can also be accepted.

    3. Fluent in English, Swedish, and Chinese, with Chinese writing skills.

    4. Strong work initiative, characteristics of calm and meticulous, sensitivity to text and data, and strong analytical skills.

    5. Great communication and interpersonal skills, abilities to work proactively on projects as well as to collaborate remotely with a team.
