    Timik Group AB is a Nordic healthcare company established in 2014, specializing in medical equipment for diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic diseases. With a budgeted turnover of approximately 375 MSEK in 2024, Timik has experienced steady growth and aims to double its turnover by 2027. The company focuses on regional sales in the Nordics while sourcing innovative products globally. Timik's success is attributed to its strong market position, commitment to customer satisfaction, and dedication to providing the latest advancements in medical technology to improve people's lives.

    Main duties and responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic vision aligned with Timik ́s mission, goals, and sustainability objectives.
    • Operational Excellence: Optimize operational performance across all functions, including finance, supply chain management, technology integration, and customer service.
    • Market Expansion: Leverage global market insights to identify growth opportunities and assess the potential for expanding Timik's presence within the Nordic region.
    • Environmental and Social Responsibility: Champion sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs, integrating environmental and social considerations into business practices.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across all departments and functions.

    Requirements:

    • Personality: Strategic mindset with focus on achieving long term goals. Demonstrates strong business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions and drive financial success.
    • Industry Experience: Proven Med Tech/Pharma industry experience demonstrating successful leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
    • Financial Strategy Development: Sound financial acumen with experience in developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Change Management Expertise: Proven track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives and driving transformational growth.
    • Innovation and Technology Leadership: Demonstrated understanding of emerging technologies and their applications in the healthcare industry.
    • Customer and Supplier Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
