    Who are we?

    The Business Development function at Scania Buses & Coaches is responsible for ensuring that we challenge our business strategy, explore new business models and continuously develop our business processes. We should be the change agents that ensure we can drive the necessary change to establish Scania Bus & Coach as a long-term competitive company, being the leader in sustainable transport and a provider of world-class solutions to all our customers. We are committed to building a diverse team in order to draw on complementary skills and experiences and together develop our business.

    The team's work can be divided into the following three categories:

    • strategy development (strategy processes, long-term strategy)
    • business development (new business models, business intelligence, future ecosystems)
    • process development

    As head of this team and a member of the Bus and Coach management team you are at the heart of our strategic development.

    Whom we are looking for:

    We believe you are good at working through and with other people, enjoying communication and building relations. To succeed in this role, you have the ability to identify critical actions here and now to move us towards the desired state. You are analytical with an ability to prioritise. You enjoy a high pace and find your way forward, also in times of uncertainty.

    We are looking for you with experience working with customers and markets. If you have any of the following experiences it would be a great plus; change management, the Bus & Coach industry or prior leadership experience.

    You are comfortable with English in speech and writing. Most likely you have a university degree in business, economics, or engineering.
