Job description
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Design, implementation, training, and maintenance of Huawei IT products, including Storage and Cloud.
· Responsible for the planning and execution of product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts in the Pre-Sales cycle in close cooperation with the Sales team. This will include hands-on deployment and troubleshooting.
· Providing technical assistance to enterprise customers via phone, email, remote access, or onsite.
· Identifying and resolving technical issues onsite under the guidance of a TAC engineer.
· Proven track record in troubleshooting complex IT solutions.
· Good knowledge of IT products: Storage and Cloud.
· The candidate should have worked in mainstream IT vendors or be familiar with mainstream IT products.
· Ability to build effective technical relationships with customers, resells, and colleagues on remote support.
· Could travel within Sweden after receiving the shortest notice and could arrange your traveling by yourself.
· Educational degree: Bachelor or above.
