    JLL are looking for a Director to join our Swedish Capital Markets team. The director will be working on the Residential and Living Sectors.

    The role:

  • Focused lead for the Residential (Living) segment, maintaining and extending our strong network and developing client relationships together with the JLL Capital markets team.
  • Leverage the multi-housing deal experience of the senior Capital markets team take lead on driving new business.
  • The role includes strategic planning and execution to capture market opportunities within all relevant aspects of residential real estate such as sale and buyside advisory focused on land, development projects and forward transactions as well as standing assets. JLL also regularly work on capital raisings and M&A for new or existing platforms and joint ventures.
  • Working closely with the wider JLL local organization including Corporate Finance and Debt & Financial Advisory and the JLL EMEA Living team on deal generation, cross-border capital and opportunities.
  • Be part of developing the team and the Residential (Living) segment based on your personal skills and experiences with a focus on people, clients, and growth.

    • The candidate:

  • Independently drive sourcing of business through JLL and personal network.
  • Deep understanding of business / market knowledge and client needs.
  • Ability to collaborate in project teams and lead others in executing strategy and deals.
  • Formally manage projects and mandates and help grow your teammates skills.
  • Candidate has transaction experience, strong networking skills. JLL values a candidate that is a great fit with the existing team and have the drive to develop the role according to their personal strengths and experiences.
