    An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lantmännen Cerealia for a Head of Business Controlling to join us at our office in Stockholm . This position is permanent, and you will report to CFO of Lantmännen Cerealia.

You will also be a part of the Cerealia Finance Leadership team, where you will have highly engaged and capable colleagues, as well as access to the Lantmännen Group Finance community.

    Here's what you will do

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Business Controlling. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization, providing valuable insights to support key business decisions, and driving continuous improvement in financial performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic initiatives and operational goals.
    • Ensure high quality in month end reporting, in collaboration with Cerealia Financial Controlling and business unit controlling
    • Provide leadership and direction to the business controlling team, consisting of four team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
    • Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and make actionable recommendations to senior management.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and maximize ROI across all business activities.
    • Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports, variance analysis, and ad-hoc financial analysis to senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and high quality of financial operations.

    Skills & Requirements

    Here's what you need to succeed and thrive

    You have:

    • Extensive experience in business controlling roles.
    • Experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
    • Proven track record of success in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
    • Good knowledge in financial accounting, IFRS, and group accounting and consolidation
    • Experience in working in multinational environment as well as retail and production environment. Experience in FMCG industry is a big plus.
    • Fluent, both written and spoken in Swedish and English
    • Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    • Strong in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools.
    • Motivational, positive with a can to attitude. You see problems as opportunities instead of obstacles.
    • Relationship building, with the capacity to create cooperation in a complex organization
    • Self-steering and able to work independently with entrepreneurial manner
