- Leverantörsdeklarationer – Samarbeta tillsammans med våra externa leverantörer för att säkerställa att långsiktiga leverantörsdeklarationer finns tillgängliga för relevanta produkter och artiklar. Begära in, sammanställa, följa upp och uppdatera dessa.
- Exportberäkningar – Utföra enklare kalkyler för att säkerställa överensstämmelse med preferentiellt ursprung eller liknande.
- Harmoniseringssystem/koder (tariffkoder) – Ansvara för klassificering av alla produkter, artiklar och delar med stöd från tekniska experter och Trade Compliance Officers. Underhålla och uppdatera dessa koder i vårt affärssystem.
- Ursprungsland – Ansvara för att alla köpta varor har rätt ursprungsland i våra system.
- Speditörer – Ansvara för och stötta organisationen i frågor gällande våra speditörer (inkommande/import).
- Säkerställa att alla affärstransaktioner (inköp, försäljning, import, export, av varor och tjänster) utförs i enlighet med företagets riktlinjer och processer.
- Diplomerad bakgrund inom området logistik, spedition, inköp eller försäljning.
- Förkunskaper om svenska frihandelsavtalet är meriterande.
- Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
- Effektiv i Excel, Power BI och liknande applikationer.

:High Voltage Breakers är en viktig affärsenhet inom Hitachi Energy med säte i Ludvika, Sverige. Vår enhet har globalt ansvar för utveckling, produktion och försäljning av högspänningsbrytare för kraftsystem. I takt med att världen övergår till grön energi spelar våra högspänningsbrytare en avgörande roll för att påskynda övergången.
Vi söker nu en analytisk och noggrann person med ett starkt driv för rollen som Trade Compliance Representative. I denna roll kommer du att ansvara för organisationens handelsefterlevnad och hantera frågor som rör implementering av policys för import/export och se över rutiner och processer för att förbättra vår handelsefterlevnad i linje med Svenska och globala regelverk.
Du är en person med förmåga att bygga goda relationer på olika nivåer. I rollen kommer du ha ett lokalt ansvar för affärsenheten High Voltage Breakers med nära stöd från våra regionalt ansvariga Country Trade Compliance Officers. Du kommer att samarbeta med olika interna och externa intressenter i handelsrelaterade frågor, globalt som lokalt.
