We are looking for a capability leader to lead a team in Technology that is delivering solutions for managing the Nordea Group's overall financial and business performance.

As capability leader you will lead a team of people combining Software Development and Requirement & Analysis competences. The team is represented by people across the Nordics, Poland. About this opportunity

We welcome you to Service Domain Business Reporting, Planning and Performance management – a part of the Service Area Group Finance.

We provide value to the bank by providing a great technology team to develop and operate business applications to:

• Source and structure data about the Groups financial and business performance
• Provide Reporting, BI and analytics for Business Performance Management – Core financials Sales, Customer activity and profitability.
• Plan and forecast the Group's Financials

We work with technologies such as Snowflake, MS Power BI, Oracle EPM Cloud, Python.

What you'll be doing

As capability leader for this team you will lead a team of both Software Developers and IT Analysts and have the following responsibilities:

• Line and people management of a team of technology professionals
• Be part of Service Domain Leadership team taking an active role in ensuring both the current and future success of our Service Domain deliveries
• Plan and lead efficiency and effectiveness improvements for Software Development and Requirements & Analysis capabilities
• Support the overall Service Area Group Finance with strong business stakeholder management and value chain improvements

The role is based in Stockholm as is the vast majority of the team.

Your experience and background:

• Experience as leader of others in a more complex setting
• Experience from technology development of reporting, analytics and/or planning solutions
• Experience from project/agile delivery leadership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of leading software products in our area
