Haypp Group is one of the Nordics' leading e-commerce groups with ten store brands, present in seven countries where we serve more than 1 million active consumers. With our headquarters located on Östgötagatan in Stockholm we are 160 team members mainly but not exclusively based in Sweden. We are currently on an exciting expansion journey, converting more and more smokers to healthier alternatives across all our markets globally.

THE ROLE

As Junior Consumer Insights Analyst at Haypp Groups you will join the Haypp Lab team, our in-house insight division. At Haypp Lab, you'll be part of a successful, forward-thinking, and skilled team. We offer our clients actionable insights by leveraging our robust consumer base and knowledge of the category to affect their market strategy, product development and branding. Within your role you will be supporting the team and get the opportunity to work with multiple clients, on different markets and various projects.

To succeed you need to have both an eye for detail as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The following are some of the tasks that you will be expected to do: gathering the clients' needs, discussing preferred method & set-up, scripting questionnaires, preparing samples for product tests, conducting online fields via our online data collection tool, analysing the data and building the report to be delivered.

Main Responsibilities:

Project management: support the team in all parts of the projects.
Analysing data: Convert data into insights in a relevant and appealing way.
Interdepartmental collaboration: Manage relationships with other internal departments to ensure project developments (CRM, Logistics, Customer Service & Partnership).

Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:

1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position
Education in a relevant field with emphasis on statistics/market research
Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods and understanding how and when to use them
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Fluency in English
