Are you our new CEO?

Are you the individual to lead a green tech company with a significant global potential and a unique technology in a large established market segment?

We are looking for someone who is attracted to bringing a revolutionary technology that is both sustainable and scalable to the market. Librixer possesses a unique patented technology for the "sustainable" management of resources and products.

You enjoy building companies from entrepreneur-driven startups to established international technology firms with cutting-edge solutions. You relish the challenge of creating businesses, developing processes around product and technology, and scaling up production, supply chains, and teams to drive the company forward. Naturally, you have a keen focus on business development and securing significant agreements with both customers and suppliers. You are also open to bringing in external capital to accelerate the growth of the company, and in this endeavor. You will be supported by a competent board.

Personal Characteristics/Experience:

• MSc or equivalent level of experience, preferably with an international MBA.
• Interest in "Green" technology aimed at saving energy and resources while reducing the CO2 footprint.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building organizations.
• Tactical and strategic thinker.
• Documented experience in technical/industrial solution sales and closing deals.
• Familiarity with IPR and R&D processes.
• Competitive and goal-oriented.
• Experienced charismatic leader.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience in capital markets/capital acquisition is a plus.
