We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern to join us on our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a vital part of supporting the Factory Program functions and Program Management Office in Stockholm and across programs globally. In this role, you will communicate impactful data to stakeholders of all levels using the PowerBi tool.

About the internship and the team:

Data drives decision, and structure drives efficiency. The role will report to the Factory Programs PMO which is the team responsible for Program management, implementation of execution standards, the strategy and the business case setup as well as value engineering and project financing. The Data Analyst Intern role will focus primarily on supporting the PMO team with internal data gathering, data analysis and visualisation in tools such as Power BI. This will include working in close proximity with Project Directors, Managers and Project Planners in the PMO team, and with operational teams across Northvolt global factories.

6-month paid internship (with possibility of extension)

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

• Assist PMO team in acquiring, analysing and visualising key data from across Factory Programs
• Develop and update Power BI dashboards based on gathered and analysed data
• Work across functions and teams in order to obtain/validate required data for analysis and visualisation
• Support with developing benchmarking databases

Requirements

• Experience in Data Analytics as part of research project
• Excellent Power BI skills essential, other data visualisation tool skills meriting
• Excellent MS office tools skillset required
• Strong analytical skills which can also be implemented visually
• Fluency in English, Swedish is highly meriting
• Experience from a multi-cultural environment is a plus
• Excellent MS office tools skillset
• Previous internship experience in either industrial and/or management consulting
• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management, Data Analysis, or Business Administration.
