    What about the role?
    At Hedvig, where things move at a hundred miles an hour, we are in need of a proactive problem solver who enjoys being at the center of activities to ensure smooth operations in both our Call Center (Insurance Experience) and Office management. This role offers a dynamic blend of responsibilities, dividing your time between handling operational tasks related to insurance claims and coordinating various office-related activities.

    You are hands on and thrive on solving problems and getting to the root of issues. This role offers you the opportunity to work with a broad range of work tasks across multiple units and the opportunity to interact with all employees at Hedvig and your mission is to help out where needed.

    Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Admin & Insurance Experience

    Support the insurance experience team with tasks such as:

    • Participate in developing work processes
    • Documenting internal processes
    • Help in developing sorting of incoming claims and errands
    • Managing our register of complaints
    • Handling various administrative tasks

    Office

    • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding procedures for Hedvig team members (eg. handing out/collecting equipment, access blip etc)
    • Managing incoming mail and other deliveries
    • Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when necessary
    • Serving as the point of contact for office-related inquiries
    • Ordering work equipment and coordinating repairs
    • Developing and updating office-related policies
    • Supporting continuous improvement of administrative processes
    • Ensuring Hedvig HQ is welcoming and tidy

    • You most likely have no more than 1-2 years of work experience in order to thrive in this role

    • Exhibit excellent organizational abilities
    • Enjoy challenging norms and seeking innovative solutions
    • Speak Swedish and English fluently

    With that said, it's a bonus if you have experience within:

    • Finance administration
    • Insurance administration
    • Office management
    • General Administration
