About us

Soundtrack Your Brand is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services to more than 60,000 businesses in over 70 countries, from the café round the corner to bigger brands like McDonald's, Toni & Guy and TAG Heuer.

The company consists of 80+ talented, motivated and humble employees. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion. Our headquarters are located in central Stockholm (Odenplan).

The role

As a Product Designer in the Growth Engineering team you'll be working on a wide range of projects together with our engineers, product owner, researcher, UX designer and analysts. Your primary focus will be to work on new features and continuous improvements on our Storefront, our campaigns, sign-up and onboarding. You will be responsible for our customer's trial journey and work in a data-driven environment with both qualitative and quantitative data to guide your design decisions.

Responsibilities

Work alongside our user researchers and UX designers to create high quality visual design for our web, apps and social media campaigns
Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements
Iterate existing designs to meet customer needs
Contribute to the team's vision, strategy and agenda
Help the team grow as a whole by sharing knowledge and lifting each other up

About you

Mandatory requirements

Five or more years of professional UI design experience
Worked with Figma or similar software

Meriting experience (not required)

General interest in music and/or music technology
Familiar with animations and creating prototypes
Worked on iOS, Android or desktop apps
Previous experience designing highly-converting landing pages
