- Supply Chain optimization,
- Pricing strategy,
- Service Lifecycle Management (e.g. warranty management, field service management, service parts management, knowledge management).
- Travel administration (booking, coordinating, managing expenses for the EGMT)
- Organizing and coordinating CFO, EGMT and Board meetings (calendar coordination, logistics, IT)
- Help organizing and coordinating meetings and events (smaller office events as well as larger company-wide events; EGMT meeting, All-hands, etc.)
- Take meeting notes in meetings; ensuring structure, call-to-action and ensuring follow-through on decisions
- Support your executives with calendar management related to internal/partner/customer meetings and events
- Plan and organize company events in relation to the executives (summer activities, holiday party, weekly breakfast and lunch, volunteer initiatives, etc.)
- Independently manage projects
- Organize, document and communicate important content/documents via internal corporate media
- Setup/coordinate broadcasts/short movies/All-hands/Surveys for your execs
- Collaborate with other EA on tasks/workload to optimize efficiency
- Previous experience supporting C-level or senior executives in an international environment (preferably 5+ years' experience)
- Demonstrated professional maturity and flexibility to readily and independently understand priorities and anticipate needs with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, showing initiative, with a "can do" attitude, service-minded, showing good judgement and with high sense of integrity
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and to deliver on the most critical assignments on time
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Willing and able to travel internationally on rare occasions (for CFO and EGMT meetings, Board meetings or corporate events)

About the role
We are now looking for an additional Executive Assistant to help support our Executive Group Management Team – EGMT. You will be based at the corporate HQ in Stockholm (hybrid model) or our office in Warsaw, Poland, supporting our CFO , in addition to our CEO during the time his current EA is on maternity leave. We expect that our EA thrives in an environment that requires you to be highly skilled coordinator, excellent at prioritizing, a strong communicator with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Your responsibilities will include travel bookings and arrangements, calendar and meeting management, taking minutes in EGMT as well as managing various projects independently. This is a full-time position .
