Head of Finance Sweden - Sverige - Traka (Assa Abloy)

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems and its Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP) is looking for our next Finance leader, to drive and develop the financial operations of the business in Sweden. In this role you will have full operational responsibility for all, budgeting, financial planning/reporting and forecasting of BSP SE business. You will report to the GM Sweden and have five direct reports.

Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP) within the division ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems develop, promote and sell products and services for swinging, sliding and revolving doors. We are a global segment have both product development, manufacturing, sales, installation and service. The Swedish organization consists of approx. 150 people and has a turnover of 400 MSEK.

Key responsibilities:

• Control and manage all financial reporting of BSP SE
  • Monthly & yearly closing
• Owner of yearly planning process & quarterly forecasting
• Owner of DSO & DPO report card and follow-up actions
• Drive business analytics for continuous business improvements for all BSP SE
• Direct command over +5 people within BSP SE Finance
  • Accounting, Controlling and Analytics
• Maintain internal control and ensure financial reporting quality
• Active participation of the overall development of Business Unit BSP SE

Key competences:

• Strong controlling & accounting skills from larger listed company
  • with own production
  • with intl internal pricing regime
• Strong in Swedish accounting/taxation laws and regulations
• Very strong business analytics and easy to understand business

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience of business control & accounting
• Min 3 years of experience as Head of Controlling or Accounting
  • Company + 25 M.Euro
• Min 3 years as Head of Department
• Solid understanding on Swedish laws impacting BSP SE business
• Strong MS Excel/office competence
• University degree of Bachelor/Masters level
• Business fluent in Swedish & English
