- Responsible for Optimization of sales at eCom, which includes optimization of traffic, AOV and conversions.
- Responsible for Indiska's roadmap and prioritization of backlogs, connected to eCom development.
- Responsible for A/B testing of content, visuals etc at site to drive sales.
- Developing and executing sales activities, campaigns and exclusive offers at site, as a part Commercial plan.
- Overseeing design and development of website.
- Creating and executing roadmaps.
- Customer journey planning and executing.
- Following up on KPIs and budget.
- Analyzing website data to understand customer behavior and improve sales and conversion rates.
- Supporting Indiska's commercial team in shaping and advising on new deals/campaigns.
- Stakeholder and contact for Indiska's Paid traffic agency.
- Work closely with web development and technical team.
- Participating in procurement within the area of responsibility, change management, project management and use other IT support relevant to the role.
- Ensuring that the visual expression at site follows Indiska's brand strategy, visual guidelines and design manual and are coordinated with Indiska's commercial plan.
- Ensuring that Indiska's visual expression contributes to achieving their financial goals and our LTP.

- University degree or equivalent within Marketing, eCommerce or Online sales
- 4+ years of experience of working as eCommerce/Online sales manager. Preferably within Fashion retail.
- Leadership experience.
- Experience working with epics and user stories.
- Experience in working with agile methodologies.
- Experience with process optimization and agile development methods.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and result-oriented.
- Knowledge in web technologies, such as web analytics and marketing automation.
- Knowledge in Performance Marketing such as SEM, SEO, SoMe, Affiliates and Programmatic.
- Experience working within analysis tools, for example Google Analytics.
- Experience in CRO.
- Experience in driving customer and data-driven development within the D2C market.
- Experience in omnichannel sales.
- eCommerce experience with an understanding of the end-to-end D2C sales.
- Good understanding of assortment, conversion, and the interaction between online and store.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Fluent in English and Swedish both spoken and written.

Company Description
The story of Indiska began with Mathilda Hamilton, a missionary with a profound social commitment, who found inspiration during her travels to India. She collected items that were later exhibited and sold at her newly established 'Indiska Exhibition' in Stockholm in 1901. Åke Thambert took over and developed Indiska into the well-known lifestyle brand it is today. Early on, he embraced natural materials in his products and expanded the assortment to include home decor and clothing for women, men, and children in a colorful and bohemian style.
In 2017, Karin Lindahl acquired Indiska and assumed the role of sole owner and CEO. Due to tough times, including the pandemic and external challenges, Indiska Magasinet went into bankruptcy in October 2022. The company was acquired directly after the bankruptcy by Färna Invest AB, forming the new company Indiska 1901. The new strategic direction aims at rebuilding a lifestyle brand with focus on both fashion and home interior. The business model is omnichannel, with main focus on own channels in Sweden, Finland and Norway.

Job Description
The Ecommerce manager is responsible for managing Indiska's e-commerce and delivering the sales budget. You will also be responsible for customer journey mapping, leading and driving a diverse eCommerece team with specialized areas. Furthermore you will ensure that the communication on site to customers follows Indiska's strategic plan and is in line with Indiska's brand strategy and brand manual. The Ecommerce manager will also ensure that planned activities and campaigns are carried out according to the commercial plan and lead eCom related projects on e.g. CRM, CRO, digital advertising etc. Other responsibilities include the roadmap and prioritization of backlogs together with the rest of the organisation, as well as running and leading an agile project methodology.
