- Monitor and report the progress including costs, quality and time.
- Identify potential additional works and work actively towards increased scope expansion.
- Identify changes and delays and take the necessary actions.
Eg. acceleration measures, Resource allocations, Change orders. - Support site and workshop activities when needed.
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- At least 7-9 years civil & structural engineering design work experience.
- Deep technical knowledge within structural engineering and understanding of standards, regulations, and directives in the discipline from Sweden.
- Good co-operation and communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Strong experience in industrial plant engineering projects.
- Leadership skills and must have experience of a leading role.
- Ability to build and lead a team from different countries.
- Capability to Lead people with team-spirit and driving attitude.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, Periods of site work will occur.
- Previous experience of engineering business culture and customer interactions.
- Previous experience in global project environments is seen as an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in both Swedish and English is a must.
- Overview knowledge in other sub-disciplines of civil engineering is meritorious.
