The position

You will be part of Cambio's Learning & Development team. The team is on a journey of change with a lot of development ahead

In your role as a Product Learning Expert, you will act as a subject matter expert within Cambio COSMIC to create content for training. You will be responsible for transforming product information into educational text, such as describing patient cases, workflows, creating questions and exercises, and writing scripts for animated films. You will take ownership to ensure that the content in the trainings we deliver is accurate and according to the correct version of the system. The work will involve configuring our environment according to the company's best practices and sometimes the customer's specific configuration

About you

Furthermore, you are independent and structured with a technical interest; both teamwork and self-leadership are important for success here. You enjoy working in a process-oriented manner to achieve set goals. At work, you are a solution-focused team player and willingly share your knowledge and experiences with colleagues and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience working in healthcare and with the Cambio COSMIC system or similar systems
Strong understanding of healthcare information systems and healthcare processes
Fluent communication in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
Proficient writer capable of crafting educational training scripts
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

It's a bonus if you

Highly advantageous to have experience with configuration in COSMIC
Experience in creating training, information, and/or instructional materials for end-users

Place of employment : Stockholm & Linköping

At Cambio we value a healthy work-life balance, and to encourage that we apply a hybrid working-model. Together with your team you decide which days you work at the office. On the remaining days you can work remotely from home, but you are always more than welcome to work at the office too.

Scope : Full time

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
