Should have managed a client with global presence spanning Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, Cloud & Application services
Experience working with multi-site and multi-cultural Delivery teams
Experience in managing large scale Enterprise Digital cross-functional programs, product build and delivery, handling all aspects of technical programs, Applications, Engineering & Infrastructure support, support and stakeholders management
Integrate the teams of Applications-down, Infrastructure and Engineering to provide the best experience to customers based on all the scope of work with HCLTech
Strong experience in Automobile, general manufacturing or specialty automobile. Worked with multiple automobile/ manufacturing formats and channels including e-commerce across the globe.
Ability to comprehend key digital technologies like Legacy modernization, Cloud, GEN AI, DevOps, SaaS, micro services , mobility and e-commerce and help drive analytics initiatives in Automobile industry.
Ability to work with business teams in a consulting way, helping them to translate business objective to digital strategies.
Participates in program roadmaps, strategic discussion with internal/ customer leaders and stakeholders (up to CXO levels).
Participates in Agile ceremonies and OKR/PI planning events (as an observer) to monitor the planning & delivery progress.
Digital delivery leadership experience in a very progressive, fast pace, distributed agile environment.
To lead, guide, coach a team and provide a vision for aligning their activities to meet the business objectives for the portfolio.
Must be able to thrive in a high velocity decision making and fast-paced work environment at a growing organization; and dive deep as necessary (no tasks are beneath them)
Must show successful record of delivering results in short, iterative fashion.
Fluent in Written and Spoken English. Ability to speak Swedish is an added advantage
