    We are extending our team and are looking for a Web Developer to join our team at our headquarters in Gothenburg Are you the one we are looking for?

    Mentice is the world leader in interventional medical simulation solutions. Our solutions help healthcare professionals with skills acquisition, continuous development, and pre-procedural planning — leading to improved productivity and outcomes.

    We are now looking for a Web Developer to join a great multi-cultural team (with over 17 nationalities and offices in Sweden, USA, and Asia) of passionate Developers, Hardware Designers and Project Managers.

    Web Developers at Mentice work with our Product department to develop, maintain and operate our line of web-based products and services including e-learning publishing, community portals, systems update and support, as well as integrations to other parts of our business infrastructure. We hope you share our passion in helping save lives, but also have documented experience of professional systems development and a capacity to work and help drive the team forward in an agile environment.

    Working at Mentice you will need to communicate and cooperate with many colleagues in different parts of the organization and enjoy finding solutions to complex problems, collaboratively as well as independently. We value thoroughness, humility, good judgement, and an enterprising mindset.

    Requirements for the Web Developer position include:


    • A solid technical background with 3-7 years documented experience in web development.

    • Capacity to start working in the following technology stack: GraphQL, AWS hosting, Azure devops, TypeScript, Python - front end is in React

    • Affinity for Devops, Service operations, or tooling development is a big advantage

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Proficient in English; both verbal and in writing. Knowing Swedish is an advantage.

    • Any degree in engineering/systems development, or equivalent is an advantage.

    The position is fulltime employments reporting to the Director of Software Applications Development located at the headquarters in Gothenburg.
