Enterprise Mobile Networks is Telia's common product addressing the exciting and fast-growing private 5G network market. Industries and public sector customers are relying more and more of their business-critical processes on mobile technology. EMN is designed to meet these demanding requirements with a common portfolio that currently covers the Nordic markets.

For this role, we are looking for a Product manager focused on Swedish market to champion and scale the product in Sweden. Alongside EMN, the role will also be responsible for the very closely related Coverage-as-a-Service product. We have a very exciting journey ahead of us scaling EMN: onboarding new customers, developing new features and improving processes for scale ability. The team is passionate about developing new services and products for our customers, and we're excited to welcome a new professional on board.

As Product Manager, you will have end-to-end product responsibility for EMN and Coverage-as-a-Service products in Sweden. You will drive process, operations and customer journey development from perspective of Swedish market needs and ensure product documentation. Together with the offering manager in Sweden, you will be involved in customer cases and RFPs as the product champion. You will collaborate tightly with the local functions in Telia Sweden to drive quality, efficiency, security, and profitability of the product.

You will work as a key member of the EMN common product development team, a Nordic & Baltic cross-border team of product area experts. The role includes defining product requirements towards Swedish systems and processes in order to ensure a great customer journey and timely introduction of features, often in the role of EPIC owner in our SAFe development process.

We don't require prior technical expertise on the area – we will coach you. Key is to understand linkages and dependencies and guide people forward, with good organizational and business acumen. You will bring eagerness and capacity to learn across technology, business, market and customers, to help Telia succeed in this new and evolving area.

You have previously worked in telco, IT, industry or consulting, ideally within product, process or business development. You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g. industrial management, communications engineering, computer science, economics). You are an efficient communicator in English and Swedish, and able to produce product documentation in both languages. Experience in frameworks such as SAFe, Lean and Agile way of working is useful, but not needed when catching on quickly.
