Job Description & Summary

A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Information Technology Development team helps develop and supports internal information technology systems and applications for use by all staff levels. You'll help our team develop programmes and applications that cater to PwC's strategic technology needs using your knowledge of technical domains of application.

PwC's IT department is growing and now you have the opportunity to join us As a member of our team, you will be given the opportunity to be innovative and make a big difference. We are currently looking for a few passionate Fullstack Developers with a business mindset to join us.

As a Fullstack Developer, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

For this role, some of your main tasks will also be:

• Using feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.
• Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities and coach to help deliver results.
• Develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to the problems.
• Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.

• Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships.
• Support and mentor team members when needed.
• Be an essential part of the team, in addition to its culture and ways of working. Day-to-day practices include agile methodologies, pair and mob programming.

What are we looking for in this position?

For this position we are looking for someone more experienced. You need to have worked with software development with C#/.NET for some time and is used to work in an agile way. We see it as meritorious if you have experience of Test Driven Development (TDD) where we see that you have worked with testing of units and integrations. We also see it positively if you have experience with Microservices.

We're looking for you that have experience from:

• C#/.NET
• Angular
• REST and Entity framework
• Javascript/Typescript
• SQL and cloud platforms (Azure)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Azure Devops Services or similar
