- Configure end-to-end technical solutions for customers including HW, SW and services
- Lead and facilitate technical customer dialogue and translate customer requirements to technical solution
- Involve expertise from R&D, product, and other relevant departments internally as well as bring in external competence when required to complement solution
- Lead Statements of compliance work and interface customer
- Technical lead throughout the pre-sales and delivery process
- Maintain a high knowledge of BESS commercial and industrial applications and technical trends
- Create customer acceptance testing specifications for integration, verification, and production test
- Participate in site commissioning for system verification when relevant

About the job
We are looking for a Customer Solution Architect – a person with a passion for energy systems who can translate customer requirements into technical specifications and vice versa; explaining complex technical aspects in a simple manner to different customer groups. Your main responsibilities will be to define system architecture and system requirements. You will be part of customer project teams where your colleagues will be commercially responsible and project fulfilment responsible, respectively. You will be technically responsible for overall solutions including HW, SW and Services. The position is based in Kista, Sweden and business trips will occur.

Qualification and experience:
We believe that you have more than 5+ years experience from similar roles with broad experience from power distribution and conversion as well as system integration. You also have experience from Energy storage systems. Excellent English communication skills, both speaking and writing is necessary.
