- Operativt planera vår beredning så att vi har rätt sort och mängd snus till våra produktionslinjer
- Operativt distributionsplanera leveranser till våra distributörer och Konceptbutiker
- Underhålla vårt affärssystem och planeringsverktyg med rätt uppsättningsparametrar
- Utföra analyser på beredning och produktionslinjer för att säkerställa att vi har rätt kapaciteter i vårt affärssystem och produktionsplaneringsverktyg.
- Initiera planeringsträffar med adekvata funktioner inom Operations Kungälv, för att säkerställa att vi har förmåga att exekvera på våra produktionsplaner med tidshorisont 3 veckor - 3 månader.
- Du skall ha god analytisk förmåga och förmåga att kunna fatta beslut. Vidare ser vi att rollen också kräver en stark kommunikationsförmåga och goda kunskaper i presentationsteknik.
- Dina sociala färdigheter är också avgörande, du skall ha förmågan att kunna interagera med alla team, områden och nivåer inom verksamheten.

I rollen som Production Scheduler hos Swedish Match arbetar du med att lägga produktionsplaner för att säkra vår leveransprecision ut från fabrik.
Du skall var delaktig i att utveckla produktionsplaneringen mot sänkt totalkostnad, dvs att med leveranssäkerhet som primär målsättning optimera produktionsplanering avseende produktivitet, lagringskostnad, kassationer och utförsäljningar. Du samarbetar med och arbetar nära fabrikens Supply Chain planner.
Du rapporterar till Planning Manager, Supply Chain.
Tjänstens omfattning är heltid, tillsvidare.
Placeringsort är Kungälv.
Dina arbetsuppgifter kan exempelvis innebära
För att bli framgångsrik i den aktuella rollen tror vi att du som söker har en bakgrund inom logistiska flöden samt gärna erfarenhet av att arbeta i Dynamics 365.
Din utbildningsbakgrund ser vi som en examen på högskolenivå eller annan relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom logistik. Alternativt minst tre års erfarenhet från produktionsmiljö inom konsumentvaror.
Om du har kunskaper inom avancerade planeringsverktyg är det meriterande.
