    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Lead for your region the deployment of our new Territory Management and Planning tools
    • Own for your region the Territory Planning yearly process with Sales Leaders to update Sales team territories: own the preparation of datasets and tests, coordinate, and execute annual Territory Planning reviews, including training sessions
    • Be a referent for your region for Territory Management: guide and advise sales leaders in the Planning phase, ensure Territories are properly set up and updated in a timely manner
    • Own detailed reporting and governance activities to optimize Cytiva Territory Management Process, produce ad-hoc territory performance analytics for leadership

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • Bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, or marketing with work experience
    • Fluent in English
    • Microsoft Office skills essential (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); experience with , Oracle Territory Management preferred.
    • Motivated, outcome driven, process-oriented, highly structure individual with strong data analytical skills; able to solve complex problems.
    • Communication and Influencing skills, able to interact professionally and present to various people in the organization while achieving our team goals
    • Team player with proven abilities to prioritize achieving common goal(s) within agreed deadlines.
