Job Summary

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and elevate the customer experience across a cutting-edge AI-powered software platform. You will own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion ensuring clients maximize value from the platform.
Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across EMEA owning successful onboarding adoption renewal and expansion building strong lasting relationships with both technical business stakeholders understanding their objectives expectations educating guiding customers best practices ensuring they fully leverage platforms capabilities act as advocate internally providing feedback influence product roadmap enhancements leading periodic business reviews presenting insights strategic recommendations driving engagement adoption throughout journey resolving challenges proactively satisfying customers needs owning communications ensure clarity professionalism alignment company standards.
