- Manage the content creation process and calendar in collaboration with fellow content creators, the Social Media Specialist, SoMe Copywriter and Head of PR & Comms
- Translate the Happy Socks brand and products into relevant and engaging stories for or organic social platforms
- Ideate and create always-on and reactive social content
- Ideate social-first concepts on a weekly and monthly basis, shooting and editing regularly
- Keep on top of trends and cultural moments, and share relevant trends with the team
- Collaborate with the Creative Team on content for organic and paid social
- Continually review and analyze content performance to build the optimal Happy Socks formula social content creation
