- Collaborate with other engineers, designers, product managers and data specialists to build the right user experience for each customer category and use case.
- Develop an understanding of our customers and their customer journeys.
- Make data driven decisions using instrumentation, A/B testing and other quantitative and qualitative tools.
- Provide mentorship to other engineers, conducting code reviews and offering constructive feedback.
- 8+ years experience building user experiences for web based products.
- Track record of working with Chakra UI would be a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Passion for data and data visualization.

THE ROLE
Join one of our product teams and help us deliver user interfaces that will bring value to music industry professionals such as labels, artists and their teams.
We work in small cross-functional teams that usually consist of a product manager, 3-5 engineers, a designer and 1-2 data specialists. You'll be part of the whole product development lifecycle, with direct access to customer feedback.
We're bringing products to market that will take on complex customer challenges. You will have the chance to drive some of the big decisions that will help our products to scale while remaining fast, agile, and reliable.
