    Avigna is hiring S/4 Hana Change Manager

    Our IT Delivery Center aims to build strong and sustainable solutions for customers across Europe. We are looking for S/4 Hana Change Manager to join the team to build, support and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to the processes through efficient management of cost and schedule.

    Language : English & Swedish (Nice to have)

    • Stakeholder & Change Management: Identify stakeholders and their needs, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the change process.Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and facilitate smooth transitions.
    • Change Management Plan for Each Release: Create comprehensive change management plans for each release, outlining objectives, strategies, and timelines.
    • Readiness Activities: Prepare leadership teams for change by providing training, resources, and support to enhance their readiness and effectiveness in leading change efforts.
    • Impact Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of changes on various stakeholders and business processes, informing change strategies and mitigation plans.
    • Organizational Awareness Build-Up: Promote general organizational awareness of upcoming changes, their significance, and expected benefits through communication campaigns, workshops, and presentations.
    • User/Trainer Coordination: Develop a train-the-trainer plan to equip super users with the knowledge and skills to effectively train end-users.Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and tailor training programs accordingly.Support super users/trainers in defining rollout plans for education packages and coordinate related activities.
    • User Readiness Activities: Develop and implement activities to prepare end-users for system changes, including training sessions, user guides, and support resources.Coordinate with super users/trainers to ensure seamless delivery of end-user training and support.
    • & Implementation Activities: Oversee planning and execution of pre-production tasks, ensuring seamless transition and efficient deployment of new systems or processes.
    • Roll-out Activities: Manage the coordination and execution of roll-out plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration testing (SIT), migration activities, and cut-over plans, to ensure successful implementation within defined timelines and quality standards.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in change management roles, preferably in large-scale IT implementations.
    • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating training effectiveness.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
