We are now looking for new part time colleagues, as we call "temps", to Collections. Collections is an outbound business where you will mostly call out to customers who for some reason are lagging with their payments. In some cases there are simple solutions, in other cases you will need to set up a long-term plan together with the customer. You will also, to some extent, receive incoming phone calls from customers who contact us themselves. Connected to the calls there is some administration but the role itself is telephone-based, and therefore we are looking for you who enjoy talking to customers and who sees every call as an opportunity to help

You will get to work with a wide range of clients, giving you the opportunity to develop your communication skills and your ability to solve problems. You will also have the chance to learn about credit and risk management, which is valuable knowledge that can benefit your career in the future.

This position starts with a full-time introduction for two weeks in the office. In order for you to have good conditions to start working, attendance as high as possible is required during these two weeks. After the two weeks, while you are still in training, the shifts will be scheduled during daytime in the office. When you can work independently, it is also fine to work evenings, weekends and remotely.
