Your mission
In this role, you drive our compensation and benefits programs with the aim to achieve a good balance between internal equity and external competitiveness of our rewards. You analyze pay and benefits and recommend actions to respond to market trends and business needs. Consulting with HR and leaders on compensation and benefits procedures, such as merit increases, bonus, LTI, international mobility, pensions and insured benefits, is also a part of your role.

The location for this role is flexible between our Swedish sites, where Stockholm and Sandviken are our biggest. As we believe in a good balance between work, family life and interests, we offer a flexible work setup and support hybrid ways of working.
Your profile

When it comes to background, you need a relevant degree or the equivalent experience gained from work, combined with at least a couple of years' work experience within a related field. You're confident using MS Office 365 tools, and it's a plus if you also have experience with Workday. As we work in an international setting, you need to be fluent in both spoken and written English.
