Responsibilities
- • övergripande ansvara för förvaltning och ständig förbättring av delprocesserna inom IT Service Continuity Management enligt ITIL och relevanta regelverk.
- • driva arbetet så att vi tillsammans säkerställer resultatet för respektive ITSCM-delprocess.
- • ta fram årsplan, löpande rapportera framdrift och sammanställa årsrapport.
- • förvalta och utveckla IT-enhetens övergripande disaster recovery plan.
