    Job Summary

    Do you want to shape our future Services Solutions offering? We are looking for a person who wants to develop and implement new business models and who enjoys driving change management when exploring new opportunities.

    We are looking for a Senior Product Manager within Product Management Services Solutions organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new business models within the Services Solutions portfolio, focusing on long-term service agreements with outcome-based commitments. You will paint the vision and the strategic direction and identify opportunities for future business growth. Leading and supporting business transformation projects, is a way for you to reach the ambition. Consolidate and prioritise customer's needs, define pricing models and secure effective deployment of new business models are core Product Management activities for you to drive. You will be responsible for partnership and network with suppliers, enabling us to expand with existing and new customers.

    The position is preferably based in Lund, Sweden. In this role, you will report to the Director Product Management Services Solutions.

    What you will do
    • Consolidate & prioritise customer needs
    • Develop strategic 3 year-plan, with key deliverables and ambitions
    • Lead and support strategic projects, with cross-organisational teams, to develop new outcome-based and cross-business models
    • Secure effective deployment of new business models to markets and customers
    • Secure efficient communication & availability of trainings
    • Support markets and Sales support teams
    We believe you have

    We believe you have the following experiences and abilities:

    • A bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering and Management or equivalent
    • Experience from driving Business Transformation projects or activities
    • Experience in developing and implementing new business models
    • Customer facing experience is preferred
    • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

    We believe you have strong stakeholder management skills and ability to inspire and explain concepts to ensure understanding, buy in and create commitment from audiences on various levels in different cultures and functions. You are also open minded, able to listen to your stakeholders, while being able to effectively paint a common vision. You are confident and credible in person, building trust.

    You are curious, with an innovative mindset, always wanting to explore new business opportunities and develop new ways of working to contribute to our success. You are self-motivated, result oriented and leading strategic projects comes natural to you. Being able to handle ambiguity and take decisions is crucial to this position as well as having a good understanding and true interest in organisational transformations.
