    Beskrivning

    Som Commercial Director på Rehnberg & Swartz ansvarar du för utveckling och försäljning av vårt kunderbjudande. Du leder vårt pitcharbete samt söker upp nya kunder – och ser till att vi alltid ligger steget före kund och marknad. Du arbetar strategisk med kunderna och har i vissa fall yttersta kundansvar. Du arbetar tätt ihop med redaktörer och formgivare för att garantera att våra produktioner håller högsta kvalitet.

    Arbetsuppgifter

    • Pitch- och säljansvar: Tar kontakt med nya och befintliga kunder och presenterar Rehnberg & Swartz produktioner och erbjudande.
    • Håller löpande dialog med kunden för att tillse att denne är trygg och att vi överleverar på kundens mål.
    • Säkerställer intäkts- och kostnadsnivåer så att projekten blir lönsamma.
    • Övervakar projekten tillsammans med redaktörer och projektledare.
    • Har huvudansvar för slutprodukten gentemot kund, både kreativt och ekonomiskt
    • Organiserar projektgrupp tillsammans med vd utifrån kundens uppdrag och behov.
    • Genomför uppföljning och analys på kundnivå.

    I rollen som Commercial Director rapporterar du till VD.

    Din bakgrund

    För att lyckas i rollen hos oss tror vi att du har gedigen erfarenhet av kundansvar, kvalificerad försäljning och projektledning inom reklam-/mediebranschen. Om du har ett brett kontaktnät hos reklamköpare och mediebyråer är det meriterande. Vidare ser vi gärna att du är diplomatisk och har en god förmåga att lyssna samt ett intresse för människor och samarbete i olika former. Rollen kommer kräva en doer mentalitet och en god förmåga att arbeta strukturerat och att få saker gjort med kvalitet. Vidare söker vi dig som har ambitioner och ett entreprenöriellt driv och som lockas av att tillsammans skapa tillväxt. Vi värdesätter vår företagskultur och arbetsklimat och kommer därför lägga stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper.
