Role:

We are seeking a highlyskilled talented and creative Interior Designer. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about design to contribute their expertise and bring aesthetic visions to life.

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs preferences and budget constraints.
2. Develop design concepts and presentations including sketches mood boards and 3D renderings to communicate proposed ideas effectively.
3. Create detailed interior design plans including space planning material selection color schemes furniture fixtures and finishes.
4. Source and specify furnishings fabrics lighting and accessories that align with the design concept and client requirements.
5. Coordinate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design plans within project timelines.
6. Conduct site visits measurements and assessments to gather essential information for design development and implementation.
7. Stay updated on design trends materials and industry innovations to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
8. Prepare and present design proposals including cost estimates and timelines to clients for approval.
9. Oversee project progress manage budgets and address any designrelated issues or modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Uphold quality standards and ensure that designs comply with building codes regulations and health/safety standards.

Candidate :

1. Bachelor s degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field.
2. Experience (12 years) working as an interior designer preferably with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant design tools.
4. Strong artistic and creative skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project stakeholders.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
7. Knowledge of building codes regulations and industry standards related to interior design.
8. Strong understanding of materials finishes furnishings and spatial planning.
9. Ability to adapt to clients preferences while bringing fresh and innovative design solutions.
10. Membership in professional design associations or certifications is a plus.
