- Ensure that our business units have attractive offerings to sell with focus on scale and profitability within your product domain
- Create and maintain new and existing offerings aligned with our CX ambition and business goals
- Drive initiatives to ensure that our offerings are optimized in functionality, performance and cost together our internal supply unit such as common product and offerings and service and delivery units
- Detail and drive product requirements towards Telia's Common Product and Services unit
- Fluent in Swedish
- Product/ Offering/ Business Management work experience within UC and Business Messaging
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience within the telecom industry
- University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or another relevant field
- Experience of driving change
- Fluent knowledges in Swedish

We are looking for an Offering Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our UC (Unified Communication) and Business Messaging offerings.

As Offering Manager you'll drive offering roadmap work, collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure our solutions meet customer and business needs for the whole B2B segment while staying ahead of industry trends.
Your main responsibilities:
You will be part of a team of 14 senior Offering and Product Managers. The team spirit is central within our team, as we together solve and manage our challenges with great commitment and willingness to contribute.
