Suganthi Kanagaraj

I am glad to introduce myself as Suganthi Kanagaraj, Ph.D. graduate in Biotechnology. Currently, I am living in Örebro, Sweden, with a permit to work. I am a passionate, committed, flexible, friendly, smart worker, dedicative and quick learner person. 

During my Masters project, I have the opportunity to work with the in-vitro cultivation of mangrove plants. After that, I joined as a technical project fellow to work on a forest carbon sequestration project and subsequently registered for a Ph.D. My Doctoral research is about the identification and evaluation of forest trees which have more potential for CO2 sequestration. After the doctoral research, I was in maternity break from 2018 to 2020. Then, I started working as subject-matter expert for biology at Straive from 2020 to 2021 (formerly known as SPi Global). 

During my graduation, I have earned practical and theoretical knowledge on biochemistry, immunology, microbiology, molecular biology, bioinformatics, pharmaceutical and plant biotechnology. I have knowledge in analytical work, technical process, instrumentation handling, statistical analysis of data, presentation skills, teamwork, project management, project report writing, thesis and research article writing, and planning.
