Experienced web developer who recently moved to Sweden. Has been programming PHP for almost two decades, but also seriously enjoys front-end work. With a background in game development, algorithms and a lot of Wordpress, there's little he can't do.

Web developer at Frank B.V. Groningen
At the national Dutch webshop Frank.nl my work included maintenance of the custom E-commerce and logistics platforms, building new software to extend the ecosystem, and day-to-day IT administration. Additionally, I was part of a taskforce which utilized data science to optimize eAiciency in logistical processes in the warehouse.

August 2016 – October 2017
IT-employee at Delto B.V. Meppel
At energy calculation software specialist Delto I was responsible for the maintenance of the Software as a Service application, as well as system administration and customer support. What made this job interesting was working with a complex governmentally-defined mathematical model.

August 2014 – January 2015
Internship at WildSea B.V. Groningen
At web design and development agency WildSea I worked on sites such as kuilart.nl and vera-groningen.nl. My tasks ranged from implementing a custom search algorithm to overhauling the design of a site already in production, all while given the opportunity to learn developing software sustainably, and how to communicate with colleagues and clients.
