Novo Nordisk A/S, pharmaceutical company, headquarters in Copenhagen.
Sept 2023 - May 2025, M365 Information Protection Architect

Implementation of the Information Protection application within Purview Risk and Compliance, i.e. Sensitivity labels within Microsoft 365. 
Working with stakeholders, designed the solution which supports protection requirements for all Files and Email, and all Teams and Sites. Project scope was users approved for Strictly Confidential information, approx. 5000 users. Solution has since been rolled out to all users (currently 90000). 
Performed the qualification of new IT system to uphold pharma compliance, including supplier assessment, IT risk assessments, operations and maintenance procedures including configuration management, and test fulfilment in Azure DevOps.
Created proof of concept for Information Protection insights by an MPARR implementation, importing Audit log data to Log Analytics workspace and visualization with row level security in Power BI. 
Migration of on-premise SharePoint and File Shares to SharePoint Online, with applied protection by Sensitivity labels.

 

Client                Nordic Polytech Group (NPG) with head office in Trelleborg and production plants in Trelleborg and Helsingborg deliver custom plastic components.

Role      Beredningsportal v2, Jan 2023 to March 2023

Project             A renewal of previous project from March 2019. The application had been running for three years and contains 20’000 cases. Client asked for updated functionality to integrate with data from on-prem ERP system and agreed with my suggestion to rebuild instead of updating to make use new Power platform functionalities to further support application lifecycle.

              Capacity and licensing, On-prem data gateway to SQL Server, Dataflow to Dataverse,  Entity Relationships, Security role, Canvas app and Flows.

Role      SharePoint Application Specialist, July 2021 – December 2022

Projects            Developed an automation solution for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) certification process for the Internal Audit department. SharePoint site scripted 3-tier staging environment and release pipeline for Power Automate solutions. Standard licensed users and premium licensed service account.

Yammer implementation project as technical lead. Reprovision, migration and cut-over of yammer tenant to EU data residency. End-user adoption plan and webinar for community admins. Usage analysis.

  • HR Portal; SharePoint pages in the hands of content owners, automated audience targeting of documents based on naming convention to separate global and local content.
  • Alliance Management playbook; image map navigation of business process to metadata filtered library view of applicable documentation.
  • Genmab - IQVIA Partnership portal, publishing in communication site/hub and connected teams collaboration with guest users.

Client                erelko AB is a construction engineering consultancy company of 45 employees with offices in Helsingborg and Malmö. 

Project  Projektmodell 3.0, December 2020 – June 2021

Description     End-user adoption of Teams, Planner, OneNote, OneDrive and SharePoint Lists and Document management, the applications used for communication, collaboration and documentation according to the erelko project model.

Implemented Orchestry for self-service creation of new project teams. Evaluated suppliers to support the complex template with Team and Channel naming, and Planner and Lists as Channel Tabs.

Extended solution with Logic App to provision Azure resources and File share folders using an on-premise data gateway.

Project team template managed with Site Scripts to include project tools, i.e. list definitions with json formatted forms and views, with button to call a Power Automate solution for printing of List object(s) to pdf.

Extended delivery of Intranet configurations, Viva Connections and handover to Editors.

Projects            Teams adoption support to the IT department, November 2020 – April 2021

Description     Teams information architecture. Two town hall training sessions for employees and production of a series of short training videos to reach all employees on the NPN specific adoption of functionalities within Teams and OneDrive.

Project  Beredningsportal, March 2019 to June 2019

Description     The NPG business process “Beredning” start by a sales employee receive a request from customer and ends with a price and delivery date being provided to the customer. The process had been managed with an InfoPath form and e-mails between departments of sales, procurement, quality and production. Provided new solution built in Power Apps, Power Automate and a SharePoint site to contain all information, and no premium licensing required as per client request.

Application life cycle supported with SharePoint site scripts to create 3-tier staging environments for Dev, Test and Prod.

Onboarding of 18 sales personnel completed in one week. Application has been running without downtime and supported 5600 request items in the first year.

Key benefit was increased speed to provide customers with quotes, leading to increase in orders.

Project was extended with a delivery of Intranet configuration and a Contract management solution on SharePoint Online.

 

Client                Foodhills AB is a food enterprise in Bjuv, focusing on peas harvesting and export.

Project             Quality documents management application on SharePoint Online, January 2019 – April 2019

Description      Automation of Review, Approval and Distribution of documentation updates for compliance with ISO 9001. Solution uses separates files for draft and published versions, Word files are converted to Pdf upon publishing.
